I think the only sad thing is that the score is a little misleading, I mean we lost but 51-16 looks like we got our asses kicked lol when it was 24-13 going into the 4th so it was a pretty good game until my stupid down in the 4th passing AI came on and our defense made a couple of bad plays.

That's funny because I was thinking the score could have been worse! After a stop on defense, we turned it over on the five yard line. We also fumbled on your 15 yard line. And we failed to at least kick a FG at the end of the first half. Guess it can go both ways. Just happy we won, no matter what the score was!

that was good. i almost thought aaron was in the forum for a second there.

as for the score. this game is known for it's snoball (when it rains it pours) setup. honestly, it seems that way with almost any game that uses dice/percentage rollers. rarely does it roll evenly, and in glb it's compounded by rolling a 100 sided die for damned near everything. i had several games this season where my team played well, before getting blown out late. i'm sure that our energy level was a factor too, but the luck factor can really get going in one direction and completely destroy you.

it's just a part of the game, and it's hard to deal with sometimes. i know i hate it, when i watch as the sim does things that i would never do. the only way to combat it, would be to actually call every play while the game took place. very few of us would have the time to invest in that. although, i would really enjoy having the opportunity to make manual halftime adjustments.
