You'll be going to the same pool of uncapped teams that the rest(most) of us are. read the announcement on the re-shuffle. The reigon preference on your team profile is only for when you get moved up to AA, which none of us will be doing next season

no A league anymore, we're in an uncapped "cloud" of leagues. no longer in the pyramid structure that pro, AAA and AA will be in, its being called "minor league" and all A and BBB teams get shuffled into it in all reigons.
You will be in uncapped Minor league, along with everyone else who made the playoffs, and the Erratics who won the league. Since they can't go straight to AA, theys tay in the uncapped tier (maybe not the same league, but same tier)
If you win your league, you get promoted 3 caps
if you make playoffs, you get promoted 2 caps
If you don't make playoffs you get promoted 1 cap
if you finish last, you stay where you are.
You cannot go from a 34 or less cap to AA
I believe the caps are 13, 16, 21, 24, 28, 31, 34, 38 and uncapped
We were in a 34 cap, so everyone who made the playoffs gets bumped up 2 caps to uncapped
if you missed the playoffs, you will be in 38 cap next season
if you finished last, you will stay in 34 cap.
