This is the first team I have owned, and in four seasons we won a league trophy and reached the conference championship game in two other seasons so I would say we have been about as successful as any season 6 expansion team has been. The thing that has made this team the most fun for me though is the rivalry with Kaohsiung and Essen Pumas that we developed, not to mention the old rivalries from season 6 that were rekindled this season with Starkvegas, Kronborg, and WV Mounties. Plus the respect I have for some of the guys in Alpha, like Strykr, Stu, joeflex, and others, this is by far the classiest league/tier I have been a part of as an owner or GM. I was sad that I had to say goodbye to several great agents last season when we had the fire sale, but Rhine River got a great one in darthmattino, and West Seattle got another in Motiak.
My GM's and I have elected to retire a lot of our higher level builds, many of which are on the Dragons because they aren't as good as they could be. Many of them are the first players we ever made, and we now know how to build better players. I would say every build to a man is fairly strong, but not the first player on the Dragons is slow built for example. So, we are going to sell the Dragons, build us a new team, and come back up through the new cap tier system in season 11. I think Bort has gotten it right with this realignment system he is installing, and I am ready to have several seasons of competitive ball without having to worry about being promoted, and having to worry about replacing people that I have come to like on my team because my new league level doesn't welcome their players into it.
Most of all though, I am just glad that JeffryD and crew got to beat us in a game that meant something, even if he had to use a ton of level 48+ players to do it. I was beginning to fear his head would explode.
jk Seriously, good luck against Windsor. They are either the best or second best team in all of WEA depending on which way the RNG is bouncing whenever they play the Hat Tossers. I have my doubts that Dresden could beat them, and I was kind of hoping my boy Strykr would knock them off tbh. lol
At any rate, I am sure I'll see most of you guys on the flip side in other leagues. Good luck to you all.

(It might actually be worth it to send him to B&B though just so I can get a look at Cheng Tai Lee's build lol)
Should be a great game!
