..lets hope all the good teams get promoted now.
This "shuffle" may relegate teams forever to single A ball as the leagues get leveled and it ends up being a random thing whether you happen to have the winning team in any season and a chance to get promoted. Just having a AAA or Pro team now, no matter how bad you are, gives you a recruiting advantage that could mean a very static promotion and relegation process.
