Yeahhhh... not happening.

My guess is 5-6 teams from A#4 get promoted looking at the upper levels.

I wouldn't be surprised if a couple teams that wanted to drop down and rebuild decide to stay in AAA or AA. If they get rid of players and fill their roster with CPU guys, then they can collect the media revenue bonus for a season. Not to mention, it isn't clear if Bort is going to let resets keep their cash, or reset them back to $1.5M. If they plan to keep that team for the future, it would be easier to build your players then move them into the team later on after tanking and being demoted to AA or a higher cap, rather than being demoted all the way to a cap 13.
