Hey, I am Exxdee. I am looking to do numerous jobs for teams next season
Scouting: I can't scout for a hour every game because of work, school and vacations. Because of that, I could scout for your team for 15 minutes every game or Only scout the 'BIG' games. That problem with the 'BIG' game thing is that if your team goes to the playoffs, I can't scout all the playoffs games. If possible, I would like your team to have multiple scouts. Not just me. Number of Teams: 2 or 3
OC: I would like to be the Offensive Coordinator for a few Pee Wee Teams. First thing, I will not post tactics every game since we just run the ball anyway. Second, Your team must have a Rushing QB, A good Backfield and a Solid O-Line. I want a committed teams. I will not recruit for your team. I might make some players.
Number of Teams: 2 or 3
Recruiting: I will recruit for a Pee Wee team and Cap 13 team. Don't delete as GM of your team if I do not help with the Game plan. It happened to me numerous times and I was pissed. Spend hours recruiting for nothing. Good Coaching Staff is a +
