What do you guys think about it?

I like the idea of how it will work, but I don't really like having the team just thrown in with a bunch of other teams and losing some of the rivalries that we have developed in EEBBB and EEA.

I wonder if you can request to stay with teams from your original league. If we combined teams from Alpha and Zeta into the same lvl 31 capped league, it would be very competitive. That would be ideal.

Honestly - I'm used to complaining about every little thing -- but this seems to be a thoughtful approach to one of the thorniest issues in GLB.

I don't want to lose the developing rivalries either, but it sounds like a good way to foster 16 full weeks of genuine competition... which has been IMO the biggest problem in GLB to date - much worse than little details like attribute ratios or dot interaction.

I already PM'd support asking not to promote us if we beat the Ice Dragons again. We would have no chance in AA without a complete roster overhaul, which we don't want to do.

Plus we wouldn't get to beat you guys again next year

It would be great if they could do something like this, but it will never happen. Maybe the luck of the reshuffle will put some of us back together in a new league.

But the $6 million bonus will he nice.

Looks like some of us are finally getting our wish. Too bad it won't be against the same teams we've matched up with well over the past 2 seasons. Guess there's always friendlies.

Still I don't know after the reshuffle if we end in an uncapped league or a capped 28-31.

Plus you will be getting 13.5 million dollars spread out over the first 32 days of the season.

I'm figuring a level 31 capped league. Since a lot of the middle of the pack teams all have rosters of level 29 and 30 players, there is a good chance that several of our teams could still end up in the same league and we might be able to continue our rivalries. (i.e Warsaw & Brazov we are looking for the chance to finally get a win against you guys.)

I'm guessing the same way. I expect, and hope, to be in a 31-cap league. Having familiar faces to beat up would just be gravy.

I will miss the teams from the last 2 seasons. We have had some great matchups and great agents/owners to go up against and it was a lot of fun. I hope they find a way to do this that allows us to continue to foster our rivalries while further balancing the playing field.

For what it's worth, I will always accept a friendly challenge from anyone in this league.
