No decent blocking FB. Nothing wrong with the build at all. Especially with how hard it is finding a blocking FB. Most everyone tries to build the jack of all trades kind of FB and they end up a master of none after that.

He's ok for a Blocking FB. IMO too much speed for a level 20 FB. You want to cap Agility, Blocking and STR as high as possible to take advantage of the +.5/level

salvageable but if you haven't invested much, you could start over and do a bit better. Just depends how attached you are to him, but he's not likely to ever be great.
