Congrats to the Odyssey; big win over the Alpha Quadrant Borg to jostle for seedings. I'm not sure that the Ice Dragons are gonna be any easier at the #3 than #2 Prague Predators, but at least you've got a morale victory, eh?

Also, the Predator battle came out with the Pacific version on top, clearly separating themselves from the rest of Alpha... but remember that Zeta's got four high-level clubs that will be beating each other down to take their shot at your undefeated season if you can continue it through the playoffs.

Speaking of Zeta; we had a couple of interesting outcomes... the Mutants taking it to the Brazov club, with the Pàràgònàl ƒòRçè needing a 4th quarter FG to beat Serbia by 2 since they were outgained in yardage. The Swarm are a tough group and have played many games very effectively... just losing on the scoreboard. Next season is gonna be nuts because these clubs are only going to continue getting better.

We've got some sloppy leagues above us with teams who look like they've given up and may go CPU, so it's possible that Zeta may lose three clubs this off-season. If that holds true then we could have 12 teams that have a legit shot to make the playoffs, depending on who recruits high to gain an advantage. Should be fun if we can keep it all on an even keel.

does record just not factor into this at all?

the Pàràgònàl ƒòRçè will continue to recruit within "reasonable roster range average" so yeah should be pretty even keel here.

Modaloch, you guys squeaked that one out against us. Nice game and we will get that win back next season.

Thank you, cleary didn't expect to win but we tried our best. Congrats to AngryDragon for his excellent defense gameplanning!
