Blocking is 67 and will be at cap68 at level 30

any suggestions or thoughts?

after blocking, 3rd cap strength, then 3rd cap agility, then cap speed. train vis/cnf. no point into SAs until speed is capped.

Why not invest into SA before speed is capped ?
I don't know better - I'm just curious
Both SAs and Speed will not get level gains, so it shouldn't really care if you invest into SAs or speed first for the long term build, right ?
