CURRENTLY LEVEL 26.
PM me for his build if you're interested. As of right now, he's the back up C on his current team. He wants to start, so I am looking for a starting position for him. Salary and bonus requested is pretty much what you think he's worth. I'm not looking for outrageous amounts like 5000 a day with a 400K bonus, and to be honest I WILL immediately reject offers like that. I want to be on a team that is active, has a good GM core, and is taking the necessary steps to either improve, whether you did great this season or not. If you believe that because you did good this season, but don't need to make improvements, you're wrong. Even the best teams out there are making improvements each and every season.
What I am asking for:
1 - A starting job (not starting LS back up C)
2 - Active team
3 - Good GM core
4 - A fair salary and bonus
5 - A team showing that they understand what it takes to improve.
What isn't important to me:
1 - Region
2 - Whether a team had a winning or losing record
3 - A$$ kissing thinking it will get me on the team. If you see something that needs improvement in my build, tell me. Don't act like my build is the best out there because I KNOW it isn't.
What will get an immediate rejection:
1 - Offering an outrageous amount in salary and bonus thinking that alone will get me to sign.
2 - Sending a contract offer without a PM included. At this level, it's time to go beyond the simple send out mass amounts of offers and hope people sign. Show some character. Give me reasons to join your team. Obviously this is meaning the end of this season as you obviously can't send me any offers right now.
I know this sounds wierd with me not looking for the highest bidder, but I am a firm believer in helping teams improve. In order to do this, they need to get people to sign with them. So I will look more at struggling teams than teams that have always won.
What you can expect to get from me:
1 - Active
2 - Boost
3 - Sets tactics
4 - Gives opinions (Including constructive criticism)
5 - Will work on any aspect of my build you feel is weak (as long as it's not throw all your SP into throwing or something stupid like that.)
Send me a PM if you are interested. I will keep a list in here of the teams interested. If I receive none by the start of nest season's preseason, I will remain with my current team.
