Your an idiot... a good team does not really have to go out and shout for new players. An owner and GM staff that treats players well helps them build and wins games simply has to sign people that are brought to them. Every offseason we add players from existing agents. That is how you build a team Boltz. That and scouting.

P.S. Our first year in this league we ended up 4th with a home playoff game. I think we have been eliminated in the playoffs by less than a TD each of the last 2 years.... Looks like we will make the playoffs again this year.

He doesn't scout and his definition of scouting is simply seeing if any builds are open.
