I tried to get the formatting to be easy to read, but I didn't succeed. Sorry.

The Rankings are based on the strength of the teams played previous, and how much they won or lost by, basically. I gave all the teams 3 letter abbreviations to try to make the formatting more readable. They are sorted by Ranking points, which are based on a 0-100 rating... 100 being high, obviously, LOL.

Underlined columns are:

Rank - Ranking from #1 through #16.
Prv - Ranking from the previous week.
Chng - Change between previous week and current week... shows teams movement from week to week.
Team - Er... Team...
RankPts - Are the teams rating points, from 0-100, based on the formulas I have in the spreadsheet.
Wins - Just put that in so we can see where the teams actually rank. In many other leagues I've used this in, higher win teams have sometimes been lower down the list... like Ayers Rock here is behind both Dayton (by a minimal .294) and Gold Coast, even though they have more wins than both teams. Likely due to their schedule, although I didn't go over the standings to figure it out.

Yeah it is easy

but if you want to try and get it closer to the "perfection" spot all you'll need to do is put a 0 in front of all the single digit numbers and it should fix everything right up

and great rankings thanks for them
