looks like everyone is just doing posts likes these once, so I will take my turn. Rankings are based on 21 offensive and 21 defense stats taken from games agaisnt non gutted teams (wuhan, and gobi) from major and important situational stats. I then took all the stats and put them in order. All the scores for each category were added up to get a full offensive and defensive score for each team.
For offense the best in the conference received 14 points while the worst in the league received 1 point (i did not included Gobi and Wuhan). All the scores for each stat were added together. The higher the score the better your offense

For defense it was done the opposite and the best in the league received the lowest score while the worst received the highest. The lower your score the better your defense

For the total score the offensive score was subtracted by the defensive score to get an overall efficiency rating. A positive score shows your teams offense and defense together form a competitive team. A negative score shows that your offense and defense together are below league average. the higher the score the more above average. The lower the score the farther below average.

Before people start complaining about why their team is not higher is this is STAT's based in games agaisnt non GOBI or Wuhan teams. It will be more accurate with more games played, but it is also possible your team is not as good as you thought it was. here is a list of the stats i used.
