Calgary and I are moving up to a lvl 28 cap. We'll see how that goes. I'd feel MUCH more comfortable in the 24 cap.

For example, let's take a look a who will make up a level 24 league:

- Winning teams promoting from L13 leagues
- Playoff teams from L16 leagues
- Non playoff teams from L21 leagues
- Bottom of the barrel teams from L24 leagues


Our median being about 22-23, should find ourselves in a 24 cap team. I figured you guys will as well.

Median isn't used any more for us. It's hardcoded based on performance now.

Gridiron Gods and Calgary Kings are hardcoded to move to Lvl 28 league.

JOBC, Helots, ... Snails, and Bandits are all moving to lvl 24 league

Everyone else except Napa and Santa are moving to lvl 21 league

Napa and Santa stay in lvl 16 league (if they don't fold)
