Like maxx's this is the same greasemonkey scripts. Tiebreaks were done in a completely unscientific manner looking at preaseason record and strength of preseason schedule.

lol sierra leone went up a spot to #8
Johannesburg dropped to 6 and Rhodesia took their place in the 4 way tie for 2nd.
