Here's what I posted in our team forum to explain the situation.

I am deeply saddened to report that I have had to sell off the team. With the departure of Plax and HB as coordinators and many unsuccessful attempts to bring in replacements I am left with no option.

The main reason behind this is that I was just recently laid off from my job and now finding a job is my main priority. This is by no means a reflection on how I view this team at all. For those of you who have been around since the beginning, I thank you and hope you enjoyed playing for this team.

To those who are new to the team, I hope you all enjoyed your brief time here. This was not my intention at all at the beginning of the season, but then life happened and I need to take care of that first and foremost.

With the job hunt taking up my time, I just don't have the time to tweak the settings and scout and such and it just makes sense to let everyone continue to have fun in this game and be on teams that can give them a fair shakedown is all.

Eventually, once I find a new job, I may look to get a team again. In the meantime, I'll just be focusing on building my players and such. I'm on a couple teams with some of you guys, so we will still be seeing each other.

Again, this is not what I had intended and is not a reflection of how this season has gone at all. This is just bad timing due to the job loss.

All of my players are available right now except for the SS. Looking for deals that end on day 40 for now with the others while I try and figure out the financial situation.

All are boosted for this season so retiring them now is pointless.

Like I said in the team forum -- best of luck in the job search, its tough times all around these days -- probably a lot of us old-timers are also getting a little fatigued with the constant changes in GLB and after doing this for about a year, you find yourself less able and/or willing to spend quite as much time on it -- Sorry I couldn't keep things going on the GM side

I'm trying hard to resist hitting the retire button on my guys -- I might be willing to place them *together* on a team here if someone has room on their roster -- I'd be looking only for an end of season deal for now to see how things work out

Here's the player links -- the G has been the Pancake King here in WE-AA#1for the last 2 seasons, due in part to help from the C and besides pancaking both are great at prying a gap open in the line with their high strength and Get Low SA's -- the CB seems to be thriving with the Ball Hawk VA with 3 picks so far this season
