Mandi's and Western Europe is likely two playoff teams battling one another... should be a good game.

Dublin and Dresden... rival teams since they both were created in Season 6, WE BBB#11... where Dublin had to beat Dresden 17-12 in the Conference Finals to get to the championship game. Last year, in our 2nd playoff game against Dresden, we had a closer 25-24 victory. Overall, Dublin leads the series 3 games to 2. Except for our season 7 matchup, all our games have been close and could have gone either way. Unfortunately, I expect this one to be the same.

So, anyone have any predictions, on these games or others in week 6 Alpha. I SUPPOSE you can put Beta thoughts here too... I'll allow it

Just for the record, Dresden has signed two level 50 players so far, that I've taken the time to check, in FS Eddie Shack and CB Dan Gagnon. There could be more, I haven't checked the whole team out yet. I just know I put in a bid for Gagnon, but he went to Dresden.

I did, however, just sign level 46 CB Samu Toalu, to try to help against Dresden's VICIOUS passing attack. And I'll still be using my 110 speed FS as our 5th WR, so I'm still 3 faster than Dan Gagnon if you have him cover me

Going to be one helluva game.

Well, I did offer them the contract before the Toros Grandes game, but just so happened they didn't sign until now...Believe it or not, I'm not retooling my whole roster just to prepare for your team, this is more of a long term kind of thing...

I think the final score will be Dresden 30 - Dublin 26.

I know you aren't doing it just for my team. As I said, your team and mine are the same in many ways... including we continue to try to upgrade our roster. Like I said somewhere earlier... I worked hard to improve my team through recruiting. You, obviously, did and are doing the same. There's no reason for me, or you, to be complacent with what we have. I'm constantly looking to improve the team.

Yeah, fell asleep before I could adjust the AI at all, couldn't do more than adjust the DC and stuff. It's alright though, got my term paper done as well.

It looks like a blowout only because we got good field position often, as Dresden never punted, and was 4 for 10 on 4th down. Good news for us is our run stopping setup didn't do too bad a job against the pass, although we didn't shut down the TEs as much as we wanted to.

Yeah, like I said, I didn't have time to adjust the AI, so we did stupid stuff like go for it on fourth every time...not saying it would get us the win if I had set anything, just that there wouldn't have been such dumb mistakes.
