Is it good for LOT? should I buy it since I really don't have any AEQ yet.

+2 agility
+1 Shock Block SA

Superior Brown Gloves
+2 vision
+1 Get Low SA

Superior Purple Visor
+2 jumping
+1 Cut Block SA

Lol, which one should I buy for him, and he also don't have any AEQ yet.

I'd go Agi/Shock Block

LOT should take +2 agi / +2 shock block
ROT should take +2 vis / +1 get low

foundation is ok but protect is better.
