Posted in the thread. It is a good discussion. Personally I believe that players should buy their own equipment and the team equipment fund should go away. That would pretty much sove all the issues. I would make the contracts more importatn and players would start moving to placed thay could get more money - kinda like the NFL today.

I think that is what the players should be buying, and the team can help out of pocket, but why not use the Team's Equipment while you are upgrading that piece of Adv. Equipment. I think overall the idea will help the bottom teams that continually get screwed over, and those are some of the best owners, but their good nature gets taken advantage of, and in turn they have to sell because they can't afford the Equipment over and over.

It would also let the players keep their Signing Bonus money for their Intense training, and Adv. Equipment.
