They must have come up with a way of ranking players.
First three: Conference O,D,ST player rank
Second three: Conference rank by position
Last three: Rank amongst all players on GLB
This is all a guess, according to the change log, more info to come.

I think it was just there being easier for Bort to code it in that way. Same with O Rank for def players. Pretty much ugly cosmetics.
