I would do it as soon as I got all 32 votes in... but it is unlikely we will get all 32 owners in the poll, as some are not very active here, and likely in general.

So, I would like to give them some time. I'm open to suggestions, as I'm just going to be the person tallying and posting. If you guys decide you want to do it some other way, I'm fine with it

Only your conference. It prevents teams hopping around based on opinions from teams that have no idea the current momentum or issues with the team. A Zeta team could vote BHB like fifth after their loss, despite being the second best team to Alpha players/owners.

To keep the data as close to realistic as possible it makes sense to reduce the size of the data.
