+3 Vision and 1 First Step: is it worth it? Obviously, I'd rather have the vision points in something else, but this looks like a pretty decent piece.

No, you want protect and only protect.

Vision isn't a bad place for EQ points for an OT, but I don't think First Step is worth it compared to something like Protect.
