is he in a RB slot? RB1 or RB2? your SS is in at FB and your HBs at TE...
all of those things have custom slots...i assume you got those messed up...

There's no players in your team RB1, RB2, FB1...etc etc depth chart positions.
My guess is the actual play that queued called for RB1, FB1, TE1 and since there's no player in those positions in the depth chart, the engine just put in a player with energy left. Check your AI for plays calling up those custom spots.

Good idea. I'll check with the OC, but that wasn't the case last season and we didn't edit our AI yet.

Actually I'm not the OC I think Atata had it right. I'm going to have our OC run it again see if we have anything like this, if we do I will report it in bugs.
