Good to know. I have sent a support request wondering how players over level 16 are in the league and on your team for example . Now, I understand it's possible to sign a level 13 and immediately boost 3 levels, but how do you explain your level 18s? Also, how do we know that the level 16s currently in the league haven't already boosted? I guess we will find out, This is a level 13 cap league and it's requirements should be respected.

It's a level 13 cap because of reshuffling instead of expansion, so there will be some players over the cap who were already on a team and were shuffled here. Blame GLB, not the shuffled team.
