MIAMI ROADFROGS
vs. Carolina Cardiac Cats
0-19
Eastern Conference

Prediction: Roadfrogs 20-10 over Cats (although I predicted Miami to win, if you read my statement about the game in my pre-game, I meant to have Carolina 20-10, Ill try not to be drunk for the next matchups)
Carolina dominated the game offensively and defensively. The game would have been much more of a blowout, but Miami managed to step up their defense when they were in the red-zone. Carolina’s O-line manhandled the defense of Miami to come up with a win.

Cleveland Kardiac Kids
vs. Margaritaville Fins
3-69
Eastern Conference

Prediction: Fins 72-0 over the Cardiac Kids
The Fins have yet to slow down the whole season, with the exception of on fairly close game against Waco, and this game was no exception. They focused on passing but managed to still run for almost 200 yds and had 6 rushing TDs. Their defense stayed true to their usual dominance.

Player of the game:
Margaritaville
QB Marley Buffett

Pocono Mountain Highlanders
vs. Orlando Ninjas
10-17
Eastern Conference

Prediction: Ninjas 17-10 over the Highlanders
The Ninjas squeezed out a win. Their efficient running and passing seemed to be the ultimate factor to give them the edge.

Rutgers Scarlet Knights
vs. Harrisburg Hawks
30-10
Eastern Conference

Prediction: Rutgers 27- 24 over the Hawks
The game wasn’t as close as I had predicted. Rutgers dominated, hands down. Rutgers was very balanced in their offense and very efficient. (4.2 ypc and 19-27 passing). Once again, the team with the better running game won.

Player of the Game:
Rutgers
C Ayden De'Stroyer

Elk Rapids Elks
vs. Jacksonville Stars
7-23
Eastern Conference

Prediction: Elk Rapids 10-7 over the Stars
Jacksonville had a well balanced offense and distributed the ball passing very well. Their defense kept Elk from passing in the end-zone.

Player of the Game:
Jacksonville
QB Briar Authyth

North Side Dream Killers
vs. Washington Poison
26-3
Eastern Conference

Prediction: Dream Killers 56-3 over the Washington Poison
North Side dominated the game with yards, but couldn’t seem to convert as many points as I thought. Their D stepped up again. North Side is on cruise control to the playoffs with their next 3 games being against 3 of the bottom 5 in the league.

Player of the Game:

HB Smash Jones

New Hampshire Dragons
vs. Atchafalaya Swamp Weretigers
31-10
Eastern Conference

Prediction: Dragons 42-17 over the Wheretigers
New Hampshire pulled out a convincing win. They went into the game favored and with the exception of a few fumbles by the starting RB, they did everything they needed.

Player of the Game:

Chicago Pterodactyls
vs. Waco Green Puffers
33-7
Eastern Conference

Prediction: Waco 34-27 over Chicago
This may not have been an upset, but nobody could have predicted the way this game turned out. Chicago dominated one of the top-ranked teams in the league for a huge win. Waco’s offense could not move the ball on Chicago (Waco totaled 141 total yds). This put to much pressure on Waco’s D and Chicago consistently put points on the board.

Awesome job again. We probably played our best offensive game this season today. The score may not show it but our offense was really running on all cylinders all afternoon . Great game Harrisburg.

Thanks so much for the time invested in the writeup (pre-game and postgame), not only is it greatly appreciated, but you did a hell of a job. Most of your predictions were spot on.

Fell free to throw in what you thought was the play of the game. It is tuff looking through the plays for each game. Especially on non-turnover defensive plays, I cant look at the all.
