Non-controversial would be nice. Especially given how bloody stupid the controversy is, since it shouldn't be any controversy at all.
I didn't really expect a blowout. It's a good team. dan ran out and made sure to go to the upper limit of the cap as soon as he could to try to win, and there's plenty of good players on the team. I really do wish their players all the best. The nature of their coach / owner isn't their fault.

It is just a game, best of luck to Monaco Machine... hope the Turkeys Fly High and find a way to win this one, if not... sure the sun will rise tomorrow.
Monaco has some GM's that we play in other leagues, and they have always been stand up guys; ex: Coolhand74 w/ La Tourette Syndrome and Kirghiz w/ Rhine River Rhinos.
We all play to win and push the game to the limits, and if GLB wants to stop the whining from agents then - fix the exploits; control the caps by making them hard; and penalize the collusions… and being that they don’t… it is legal and what ever happens – happens… deal with it or go back to surfing the internet and looking at pictures.
At the end of the day, remember: It is just a game, and a pretty fun one at that, even with all the flaws.

I knew I recognized RR from somewhere! Yeah, I've been very pleased with the Syndrome's performance this season. You guys have a great team in that league, too. Just a ton of good teams in that entire league.
I agree with your commentary (and thank you for the kind comments), but when you're not doing anything unethical and being consistently accused of it by someone as hypocritical as dan, yeah, you feel the need to stand up and give him his well-deserved "fuck you."
It's just bullshit to have a guy so utterly lose his mind over BBB league ball, for chrissakes. A slow-build team drops their slow-build plan and sets out to become competitive, and this guy completely freaks balls over it. Utter crap. All he wanted was a trophy, without having to do anything other than sign the highest-level players he could.
*shrug* whatever. The game against the Turkeys should be a hell of a brawl. That's a stacked-looking team. I'm not sure that's a game I'll be able to sit through the replay on without having a heart-attack. Good luck to you guys!
