Thought I'd hijack this thread to say that despite my best efforts I haven't received enough nominations for an All-Conf team (I've had 3). I could make something out of that but it wouldn't be representative.

Yeah I'm sorry, but noone on my team found the time to contribute, and I've had a busy week at work too.

I still think it's a great initiative though. Thanks for your effort and sorry we couldn't take part.
