Must admit, I am proud that none of the Tigers are whining about this, and that the crying overall is not at the level it is at in some other Pro Leagues. It was a painful game to watch. When you realized it was going to be those one or two plays all game long, you knew we werenīt going to pull thru. But we still put up a fight. This game has always been cyclical, hopefully it will align more the way we need it to next season. We have a shitload of talent and some very good coaching, I think our chances arenīt that bad. Until then, GL, Banzai.

Class is great and it is very admirable on the fields of GLB, but as for as I'm concirned it's one of my least favorite in the ladies. Give me a low class scank any day.

I'm with you here. Having had my share of virgins and threesomes, I'll take the threesomes 100% of the time. Pulling the double-jimmy is way better than wondering why you bothered. The last thing I want to hear just before penetration is "Ewww! Really?"

On the topic du jour, I'm waiting with baited breath for Season 9, when I can open up the playbook again.

Even the Islamers are thinking that.

Are you talking about the first paragraph, or the second?

Because from what I can tell of Islamers and virgins, most of them Islamers don't realize they're getting hosed on that whole martyr deal.

As DC of Tigers, I feel I need to share my view of the game.

77 missed tackles is obviously a lot, but not ridiculous considering 69 rushes. That's 1.12 missed tackles per play. Nothing special when playing vs powerbacks.

Banzai had 9 drives in the game and dispite 5.3 yard average, 5 of those drives were stopped for no score.
Tigers had 10 drives in the game scoring a TD and two FGs. 7 drives were stopped for no score.

Tigers had their chance and the strong I rush did not decide the game, Banzai defense did their part and it was a good team effort.

I guess it's a boring strategy, but this is the pros, not the casual league. GG banzai and good luck. I advice you to try some strong I passes on 1st down vs Voodoo

Don't worry about that, were going to throw out of the strong I on all downs and distances.....King Stones will not be stopped!!!

Banzai did not run the SI slam a disproportionate number of times, not that I would have a problem with it if they did. They run out of every formation and do it quite well.

The Tigers are one of the best built teams I've seen in OPL. Once builds start to peak they're going to be very scary, they're already competitive at a 3-5 level disadvantage right now.

The Tigers' starters actually have 7 more levels than BDC does. If anyone's been underleveled, it's us. =(

Actually 3 Zeta playoff teams were underleveled and the Tigers were not one of them.

Osaka, Kingston and Portland all will improve alot with next season's boost because all 3 teams have alot key players in their 40s.

Another team to watch out for is Wellington...they were very underleveled this season add a boost to those guys and their build start rounding out.

I expect next season in Zeta to be just plain nasty with the top 3 veterans taking some serious heat from the new guys. 10 current teams in Zeta will be playoff material add in the new guys who will be riding high off great season's in AAA and you are looking at 12-13 teams for 8 playoff spots.

QFT!

Some of these s2-3 players that were "slow" build are really going to start to shine now. Time for the vets to really be careful ^^

Hmm, interesting. I know the "up and coming" teams are typically composed of S2-S3 players but didn't really think about how the new guys who made the playoffs were primarily composed of slow build guys.

We may have to start shifting our slow builds over if we want to stay competitive.

I have no doubt that OPL is going to continue becoming more and more competitive. Each season I'm more impressed by a few of the teams who make the transition to PRO. Heck, MUV's only a season removed from promotion and they're already in the Zeta Championship game!
