Warrior General Games

Thanks for all the fun times! We've had a great run, but the Minnesota Purple People Eaters are on their way out now. After owning the team since season 2 I've just lost interest in maintaining the team, recruiting and gameplanning and just want to train my dots and watch them play.

It's been a lot of fun being able to have a couple rivalries and stick together with some of the teams here. Bootleggerz, Tyrants, O'ahu, Philly, Steel Curtain and Stalkers good luck in the future!

Some of us will continue to check in with the league here and see how everyone is doing. Some of our higher leveled players are moving up to the CPL's Portland Blue Wave and Bastard Sons of Doug Flutie, so if you have players there we'll see you around the forum...er...well maybe not that forum . And we are creating a new team of level 1s, so if you are interested in joining us with that contact:

I think a lot of teams will find themselves debating that come season 10 or 11 when most people start having players regressing. A lot of teams that have a core group of players (like the PPE) will probably start back over at level 1 rather than slowly watch their players become crappier. It'll really start making things interesting for Pro teams that have been Pro since the beginning.

i already feel naked without the PPE's

Thats the whole point in a farm team. A lot of the teams have farm teams now and once those players get to high 40's level 50 they will replace the players on the pro team they have now.

Yep but with the way the sim is and how this game is going I doubt I will play much longer. There are a lot of positions that are useless unless they play a cupcake team and there is one play 80% of GLB uses.

Uhh GLB was fun when me and you owned our team.... when I was in the pro leagues and every team had the same match ups, when bootleggerz won its first championship beating the battalion in the conference finals.
