Sounds to me like the league tree is getting trimmed down, so I'm guessing an A#8 league will not survive.

Actually, trimming leagues is not mentioned. He's simply stating that they are reshuffling based on player levels. It will affect BBB more that A leagues. Ocho MAY get a cap but theres no way to tell yet.
