question, why are the bruins ranked higher then the kickers even though the kickers beat the bruins? shouldn't it be flip flopped

i just found this and wasnt aware of the CHANGE they made to playoff seeding:

5(add). How are ties broken in the standing?
-----a. If there are only 2 teams, it's just based upon the head-to-head matchup
-----b. If there are more than 2 teams, then it's based upon these factor in this order:
1. # of head-to-head wins against the other teams with the same record
2. # of points scored
3. # of points allowed.

So Bruins I apologize for getting your hopes up!
