Running a team is so much work, I understand fully why someone would want to stop doing it. This is the first year of our 4 seasons that I've had coordinators, and even with the coordinators, the parity in this league has required me to do more work than in any of our previous 3 seasons. The reward for this hard work? To get to do recruiting again.

that is true Jpowers it does become a strssful thing thats why i say the best thing to do is grab like 4 or 5 guys you know and all create about 8 players slow build them or regular build them and have that team and raise it to the top without ever having to worry about free agency cuz its tough and stressful

The only thing I'm not fond of is recruiting. I may try to farm that out this offseason.

Horrible timing by the Snow Storm. They play the Aggies tonight and it's a point scoring contest between Lake Erie, Montreal and the Aggies for the #2 seed.

It should be an interesting year. On some teams, we'll be battling a 15+ level defecit at some positions. Since we've all hit the XP floor, that should remain constant...
