I pegged it near impossible to do by level 50. It will certainly happen though, as illustrated above.

My level 34 is at 69, been for a while... but once you stop in str/blk/agi/vis/conf you're left to natural gains which don't add that much to the bar after a while.

A Painmaker player with good bars? That's a shocker...

Now that the formula is known, Blocking = 4/10 Blocking + 2/10 Strength + 1/10 Vision + 1/10 Agility + 1/10 Confidence + Weight/8, it's only a matter of time. I think the bigger question is if any OT will ever be able to pull it off. C is easy with the major gains per level.
