His AE is: +1 agility, +5 strength, +4 protector

I'm open to any build help or what you think I should do with equipment, etc.

He has 5 SP's to spend Wednesday morning

EDIT: I've been training speed/stamina for a long ass time. Any thing you'd suggest to train would be nice too. If you think I should switch.

With that much protector, I assume you are entrenched as an LOT. I've noticed much better results with higher speed, agility and blocking at LOT. I would look at 2nd capping speed and third capping agiity. I also think that some of the strength equipment might help you more in blocking. 81 strength is more than enough for the DE's you will face. Stamina is good, I might switch to speed agility.

Thanks a lot. I'll move a piece over to blocking, depending on how well he does i'll try more

He plays solely LOT as I own the team and also have built a ROT

Our team is VERY VERY run oriented, always has been. We are a husker football based team

Ya agility to 68 is what I would do first, then 60 speed.
