Help me understand why my team lost by 20+... turnovers? The box score was closer than the actual scoreboard... doh!

Our QB was set on Always scramble also, we had a scrimmage game and tested the QB scramble and then the QB went inactive without changing it back to never scramble, well now we have a new QB
