My first real attempt at building O-linemen:

Run blocking G:http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1285125
Has had problems falling down. Seems to not happen as much with SPs now going into blocking. Will the continued increase in blocking keep him from falling?

Pass blocking OT:http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1285668
Until recently had been doing well even in run blocking. Tougher competition and low morale may be a factor lately. Strength won't be able to reach the first cap until into next season (no boosting planned).

Would moving equipment into speed for either or both of these guys next season be more important than shoring up the lower blocking (G) and strength (OT) for these players? Or even agility which will lag behind awhile?

Your players are in the very developmental stages of their careers and for now, don't worry too much about performance.

Your goal for a Pass Blocking OT:

68 STR/AGI/BLK
49 SPD
55 VIS

Your goal for a Run Blocking G

73 STR/BLK
68 AGI
49 SPD
55 VIS

That's without gear. This'll keep you busy til around lvl 35 or so.

Yeah, I want to make sure I don't read too much into performance in the pee wees. I just want to make sure they can perform even as backups in the BBB leagues next season. So long as 40+blocking for the G and similar strength for the OT will suffice for next season I'll be free to put equipment elsewhere. Speed looks like the way to go since it's only going to be improved through training for the time being. Just hoping they can get by with less than spectacular agility next season.

Just train SPD with STA for now, and make sure you get BLK/STR at least soft capped as early as possible so you can get the most from those lvl up points. I wouldn't worry about doing more than training SPD until STR/BLK/AGI for the OT is 61 (all 3) and until STR/BLK/AGI is taken care of for the G.
