We (Moncton) can't seem to do anything right now. 3 of our 4 remaining games are against 3 of the bottom 4 teams in the conference. I'm hoping we can fix things and take advantage of the scheduling to finish strong.

I like the competition in this league. When you have 9 teams all within 2 games of each other 12 games through the season it's a good time.

I hope the Ice Hawks can make the playoffs this season. Would be nice to at least get in.

Judging from the above teams and above upcoming opponents, here are my guesses for the final playoff order:

1. Cleveland Brownsnakes 15-1 (I do not see them losing 2 more games)
2. New Amsterdam Chronic 13-3 (Too easy of a remaining record to lose more than 1. Will be tested)
3. Booty Bay Bandits 12-4 (Going out on a limb here. I think that they will pull it together but have another upset loss)
4. Prince Rupert Catsharks 12-4 (Rides a favorable schedule to win 3 of 4) They are 4 by tiebreaker but still get a home game.
5. Rancho Cucamonga Quakes 11-5 (They will win 3 out of 4 easily)
6. Moncton Machine, 10-6 (Joke schedule gets them in)
7. Montreal Hawaiian Punch 9-7 (another tough set of teams to play against but beat the Ice Hawks and Flyers)

THESE FINAL 2 TEAMS STILL HAVE TO PLAY EACH OTHER
8. St. Clair Ice Hawks, 9-7 (I see them going 2-2 to finish)
9. Flin Flon Flyers 9-7 (Tough schedule. 1 win gets them into it)

Teams who will NOT make it

1. Calgary Mustangs 8-8 (they have to pull out a miracle against a tough final schedule)

Prince Rupert and Cleveland still have to play each other, so they can't both win out

Moncton still has the Brownsnakes to play. If they're going to finish 15-1, the best we can finish is 10-6.

I agree but I think Calgary is solidly in the mix for that last spot. St. Clair, Flin Flon, and Calgary all still play each other so whoever can go 2-0 in that series will get into the playoffs. Simple as that.

After tomorrow's game, we will really know how this will all shake out.
