Yes. I have a plain +1 Line General piece on my Center (upgraded to +4 strength, +3 Line General. Once I get that maxed out with upgrades, I'll be looking for a +strength, +Line Gen piece to replace it with.

I have a +1 line general piece also, and am not even looking to replace it. Rather, looking for a second piece!
