Its odd, I have 50 vision and 35 confidence and am getting them all over at RG.
Yet, my OT who had the same didn't get one in 3 seasons.

Hint: some of your guys are overpowered and get their blocks shed pretty fast, this causing them to loose in-game morale big time...

This may be so, I'm only a level 26 and this was in our biggest game of the season against level 35s.
However, its not like I got crushed. I'm a slowbuild, but I guess moderately low confidence, and <20 stamina, speed may have done me in against legit competition.
