Serious note : Can ya explain the formula that lead them to tie with us via K-score?

K-Score is derived (loosely) from margin of victory over quality of opponent.
Harbourmasters played a cupcake this week while Syndrome got a decisive win over a quality opponent, which is how they caught up there. Again, I have to emphasize that K-Score is only a tiebreaker (albeit the strongest one) and not the *real* ranking factor. Its really an internal number, and the only reason I even post it (aside from the fact that as I said earlier, people like numbers) is to show why one team would be over another when they have the same grade/record/etc.

I kindly disagree based on I'm used to having the 1v1 matchup result as the tiebreaker.

BTW, richmond is 3-7, not 4-6.

head-to-head *is* a tiebreaker, just not the first one (grade [overall quality of the team, measured by a bunch of factors] -> K-Score [culminative performance versus quality of opponent] ->record -> head-to-head -> performance versus common opponents)

Now, for next season (assuming Bulldogs stay in AA) I may change the grading formula up a bit to include an A+ grade (there currently isn't). Adding an extra grade would allow clearer definition and less reliance on K-Score. Can't do it for this season without re-compiling the entire season and.. don't really feel like doing that.
