I have a LOT and his speed right now is 54, with his agility at 57. Should I keep adding to speed or should I leave it and work on just agility?

He is doing pretty good...I figured that 54 is good and should keep on with agility, but just wanted some other opinions, thanks.

agility is a major skill for OT's. Get that higher sooner so when you level your Agility will naturally increase.
Unless you're going to be blocking on screen passes, agility is more important for the small area, speed is only needed if you are covering ground.
