Alpha:
#1. West Canaan Coyotes, What a great and dominant win over a pretty good Moai team, but no rest now. Samoa is up next and boy is that a big game. The Coyotes are old OA#3 guys that just can scrap, gotta love em.
#2. Samoa Piranha Monkeys, They have just been so good. Their closes game was a 20 point win. These guys are another old OA#3 team that is just showing some power. I can't wait to watch the game vs West Canaan. Samoa is ready for their shot at #1.
#3. Williamsport Soul Reavers, Definitely a nice win over a pretty good Darwin team. WSR is a great team, but they are still yet to play Easter Island, Bay City, West Canaan, or Samoa... That means the tough part has yet to come.
#4. Bay City Bohica, They are in almost the same state as WSR. They are playing some amazing football, but they are yet to play Easter Island, WSR, West Canaan, or Samoa... They are also yet to face their biggest challenges.
#5. Guam Gorillas, Huge win over a pretty decent Cairns team. Guam has really shown they can fight back against some pretty good teams. Their win over WSR is still one of the better wins for any team up to now.
#6. Easter Island Moai, You gotta respect this team. No they are not the best, but they just keep fighting hard and winning games. Once their chem gets up, these guys should be a lot better.
#7. Vanuatu Reef Raiders, Definitely a good team here. 4-4 is not bad considering they have beaten Bay City and Hometown. These guys are really pretty decent and will not be an easy defeat against anybody.
#8. Hometown Locals, They have already played Samoa and Guam, so that helps having them out of the way. Hometown needs a couple big wins in the next three games, and if they can get them, this team is on the road to the playoffs.
Zeta:
#1. Florida Frenzy, They are on a 28 game winning streak, what more do you need? They have had ONE game under 66 points, and they scored 55. They have allowed double digits only three times, and those score were 13, 13 and 20. We are in trouble...
#2. Sumatra Sea Hawks, They have lost one game and it was in the first week. Sumatra is just on fire and playing amazing. They remind me of the old Sumatra. These guys have a powerful offense that can keep up with anybody.
#3. Rapid City Rebels, Very nice win over the Warriors. That was one of those games that could go either way because both teams have so much talent. Rapid City has not had the most difficult schedule yet, but you cannot fault a team for doing what they are supposed to do.
#4. Newcastle Ghosts, What an amazing win over Melbourne. That was a great game and a great watch. Newcastle has a lot of power on their roster, expect them to give a good fight to everybody.
#5. Melbourne Gators, They are a little upset about their loss I am sure. They have only lost two games and they are strong enough to fight with anybody. I expect them to have a few more big wins before the playoffs arrive.
#6. Perth Cyclones, They have lost to some really solid teams. Perth might not have the best offense, but that defense is just scary. I love this team and I expect to see them come playoffs.
#7. Mauna Kea Chenabogs, Just when I think they have hit their hot streak with wins over Endzone, Uluru, and A-State, they go and lose to a good Port Royal team. Mauna has decent talent, and some big wins, but their schedule has been a bit easier than most up till now. Not to predict doom, but they will have to step it up to pull of some big wins in the second half of the season.
#8. Endzone Warriors, They have lost to Melbourne, Florida, Rapid City, and Mauna; not all bad losses. The Warriors are a good team with good talent. You can expect their record to go up a bit as the season progresses.
