he is the sole backup for lg and rg, and even backs up ot.. and he still gets under 10 plays..I was wondering, could it have anything to do with the center having 6 points in line general?

The guards in front of him have stam around 40

What are your team's energy settings for when the starter comes out and the backup goes in?

I can give you a solution but I don't own a team. You might want one from someone better.

Edit: does he do any kickoff/punt work? That could be taxing his energy to the point where he is under 70 as well when the bell is rang.

Or try some special teams or both IMO.

GM needs to adjust Advanced Energy for OG position. He could try 80/90 or 85/95. You have to play with it to get it right. If you are the same level as the starters and the goal is to get equal PT, then go 99/0.
