In the past i've given them a 'dialogued vote' this week I'm going to entitle games with those 'votes' and I am going to do that every week for now on.

Games to Watch

Balanced Game of the Week

Samoa Piranha Monkeys # Easter Island Moai

Teams are going to be watching this week, teams that have everything to gain from an upset, such as Williamsport, but SPM has 'disappointed' so far in that regard this season with excellent play on a so far undefeated schedule. They've played well and consistent on both sides of the ball and no doubt they plan to do so this week as well. However, they face another team who's done so very similiarly in EIM. EIM probably comes into this game as a slight underdog due to having fallen in one game, but that doesn't make them any less dangerous, when you look at both rosters, each team is slightly better than the other in a different area. They bring different strengths and weaknesses to the table and this week, its all about which team can capitalize better. This is by far, the most balanced match up this week and has major implications on the finality of the regular season and the playoff seedings.

Underrated Underdog Game of the Week

West Canaan Coyotes @ Johnston Atoll Americans

Clearly the Coyotes come into this game as major favorites with powerful play and an undefeated season so far. They have every reason to be the favorites as well, they're sitting at the top of Alpha and the only way that changes is if someone MAKES it change, because as long as the ball is in the hands of the Coyotes, they have no intent on changing it themselves. JAA has been an up and down team and they have really got to head into the right direction this week. They have got to stay optimistic, if they can scratch out some tough wins, they could still be a playoff team, true story. This is one of those tough games. JAA has the tools necessary to play tough, they've just underachieved this season, for no lack of trying though. They've brought their best and fallen short this week if they could pull off a major upset it may just be the thing that gives them enough motivation to pull out a playoff berth in the end.

Powerhouse Game of the of the Week

Port Royal Predators @ Florida Frenzy

While early this season, this game was looked at more so as a 'powerhouse game' than it may be now, it didn't feel right now to label it as such. PRP is the reigning OA4 Champs & FF is the reigning OA3 Champs, while both teams have taken very different paths this season, it is a matchup deserving a look. PRP brings everything you want in a team to the table as a balanced competitor, they do everything well but have faced some teams that have been able to take advantage of a few things here and there. PRP however, is still very much in my mind a power house team with the capability of pulling our miracles. They have the talent and leadership, but the gameplanning will need to be spotless this week to pull this one out. Florida, what can we say about them that hasn't already been said. They've played great, they are undefeated, and we expect them to play great again today. Is there anything else that CAN be said, perhaps we just haven't seen them lose so we don't know enough yet. This one is going to be interesting, of that, I have no doubt.

Middle of the Road Game of the Week

Newcastle Ghosts @ Perth Cyclones

Whether this game is TRULY middle of the road, I'm not sure, but its got teams within it that are pretty close, they're not undefeated, but they have proven their ability to compete. The Ghosts have fought and lost as well as fought and won some pretty tough games, this game, really, could also double as the game of the week for Zeta tbh (perhaps a new trend starting in week 8 GotW for each conference?) Perth Cyclones have pulled out a couple of BIG wins as of late to really establish themselves. This game is going to be all about which team plays better in the clutch and which team can keep their momentum going. Neither of these teams are 'out of the hunt' regardless of the outcome, but the team that wins it, is that much closer to the top of the hunt.

Oceania AA2 Game of the Week

Bay City Bohica @ Darwin Mud Crabs

Bay City has had a very impressive season so far with the #2 Passing O and a top 5 Defense, this team has picked apart nearly everyone they've faced, they plan to do so the same thing this week and stay very much alive in the top 3 Playoff seed battle. Bohica has proven their stead this season already and we expect nothing short of top of the line from them this week. Darwin has had a bit more shaky situation facing them. They've played just twice against top teams in Alpha, and have lost both of them, but redemption and the need for it, is a powerful weapon to have. They have that weapon going into this game. They have the talent but they have to be able to out game plan their opponents, can they do that this week? We shall see. If you miss it, it's YOUR loss!

The Moai's bad chemistry was just a little to much to handle against a great P-monks team. Good game Samoa

Thanks. Honestly don't think you guys really have everything going for you when you play us. We're 3-1 against you guys since our promotion here. Not sure why, just seems like we got your number and catch you guys at the right time.

You definately caught us at the right time during the playoffs last year. Our OC screwed up the game plan and put it on 100% pass. That definately cost us the game.
