At the end of the regular season have each conference winning team pick their Pro Bowl roster from the other conference. Discuss it in your team forums and then post your assembled roster. Garuda picks Nagas team and vice a versa, that way you aren't picking your own guys. Then we can vote which team would win in the forums.

I like this... I would like to allow any playoff teams members to be eligible to vote. That was we generate something more then two or three people deciding.

I don't like this idea. I don't think 2 teams should have the entire responsibility and burden of picking the other conference's all-SEAAA4 team (or whatever we call it). The 2 teams heading into the championship game won't (or shouldn't) have the time to deal with this as well as gameplanning for the title game.

I think the easiest and fairest way to do this is to have each team vote internally on their conference's all-pros (or nominate their own team's X-number players). We all know our own conferences better than the other. Each team would have 1 representative to nominate their team's list. The winners simply get tallied. Any ties or other issues are subject to league-agreed rules. We should keep the all-league team rosters to a minimum, in order to help control potential ties and keep the time needed to compile this to a minimum as well.

I think all teams should be involved in the process. If a few teams DO NOT put forth a nomination list by a certain date, they are SOL. Perhaps we would keep the teams involved to an even number between conferences if 1 team does drop out. This could be based off of record, perhaps.

This sounds about right. Maybe you have every team vote for 8 total player to make it easy. Up to 3 of those players can be from there team. I know some of you will say that more then 3 of our team should be pro bowlers but if they are good enough they will be voted in by others.

Can we just put our TE in the team already and not waste time with the voting procedure for that position?

Yes your TE is amazing and should be in the pro bowl, but my only beef is that any TE in the league would put
up those type of numbers when there thrown to 4-5 times more than anyone else on your team just my thoughts
I would still vote for him though.

Plus it doesn't help his level is higher than the suggested 29-49 for our league

That argument would be awesome had he been some hired gun Id brought in specifically because hes a higher level but he was the very first player to ever sign for the Bucks away back at the start of season 3. As for him being thrown to a lot thats simply because he gets open the most due to his awesomeness. Most of our passing plays are WR plays and none of our QBs has a favourite target.

IF anyone just passed to their TE every 2nd play, they too could be incredible. Seriously, 110 times so far? Guess we know how to beat you!?!

I'm not saying he's not good, but if you wanna see a TE that can catch and block, here he is:

http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=623140

On a play by play basis, he's much more productive than Sticky.

On a side note, how is the best LBer in the league doing? Not looking so hot this year. Quick, blame it on a nerf!

TEs seem to be having good season alI around GLB. I have to add that we did a decent job of limiting your passing attack. It was a real good game, I really didnt know how our game was actually going to turn out.

Indeed you did... It was a close game, right down to the wire, incl. OT. We look forward to a rematch.

Of course Im going to blame it on a nerf because its a well documented one - LB pass rushing is down all across the leagues. In most cases its because of shitty builds with no strength but when a LB has strength to the hard cap and 10 points in workout warrior thats obviously not the problem. Itll even itself out. Id rather build for the future and have a rough season now than throw a hissy fit and switch to a 4-3 or some shit like some teams are doing.

Hell maybe Ill just sit back in coverage and see if 40/40 jumping/catching helps a LB make the picks.

Ohh and your TE - Alpha is shit this year. Put Sticky in Alpha and hed have 2000+ yards already.

He would not have had 2k yards with the opponents we have faced, we faced every top team in Alpha, now we will see how fast we rack up stats
