Ok, I'll try it once and see how it goes, simple rules:

- PM rankings to me
- owner or gm can vote but only one from each team can vote
- Lion rank top 8 in Lion, Elephant rank top 8 in Elephant
- Lion/Elephant rank top 8 teams overall
- yes you can vote for your own team

Have in by Sunday noon, I'll show top 8 Lion, top 8 Elephant and top 8 overall.
