Alpha Game of the week:
Fantasy Helmet Project and the Spartans are two teams I had picked to finish in the middle of Alpha, from their talent compared to the league I think we can expect these teams to either both make the 7 and 8 spot for the playoffs or fight for that 8 spot. With the way both teams are built however I wouldn't be surprised if they pull off an upset or two. That's what makes this game interesting, against common opponents the Spartans have done much better than FHP, and I think it comes down to game planning. Not to say that FHP is a team that is bad at game planning, but that the Spartans are pretty good at it, that's what makes a big difference and thats what gave them a slight edge for me in this game, I am going to say 30-27 Spartans:
Zeta Game of the week:
Chambersburg vs Milan should be an interesting game as well, both teams are projected for the 8,9 spot much like the Alpha teams but again they have the talent to both get in or fight for that 8 spot. From their week 1 opponents we didn't really learn much, both teams played cupcakes and and ran up the score like a high school team would on the Detroit Lions. They have no common opponents up to this point which makes this game hard to judge. I think the Milan loss to Mannheim shows there could be a lack of game planning even if it was a scrimmage game so thats what I need to base my prediction on. Chambersburg wins 38-28.
