#1 Montreal Rulers-----(1-0)-----(1)--------#13 USAORG Eagles------A 3 win team from AA last season drops down to be the favorite in the conference. This team has been around since season 2 and has made some decent playoff runs early in the franchise history, but in the last 2 seasons they have now only won 5 games. Last season wasn't as bad as it looked as they played well against some solid AA teams, but just come up on the short end of the stick. In AA they would be a playoff team. In A they are the favorite. This was shown in the first game against a solid BBB team.
#2 Royal Canadian Kilted Yaksmen----(1-0)--------(2)------#4 Yellowknife Eskimo Hunters---This team has been around since season 3. Seasons 3-6 were very rough for the this team winning only 10 games i those 4 seasons. After season 6 the were dropped to BBB #6 and utterly destroyed that league. Now back up to A they should be one of the tops here and are currently on a 21 game winning streak in which the closest game was the league championship that they won by 28. This team won't roll over this league like that so the question will be how will they respond when it turns into a close game.
#3 Chilliwack Fighting Flapping Heads--(1-0)--------(3)-----#12 Vancouver Northern Lights------Formerly the Manitoba Nighthawks have changed their name to what appears to be a Southpark reference. An original BBB #5 team looks to be the best of the of the season 5 created teams in this conference. Blaize has done a fine job building this team and should continue the winning ways up here in his first season in A. This team was close to having a trophy locked up but ended up falling short in the conference championship game. They were close and this time they want it.

#4 Yellowknife Eskimo Hunters---(1-0)-----(4)---#2 Royal Canadian Kilted Yaksmen---------This is my team and maybe the top returning team from A. We will face a bear of an early season so the watch with this team will be can they not suffer the same fate as the Montreal Mutants did last season. If they can handle the pressure, they can be in the mix for their first trophy.
#5 Hogwarts Wizards-----------(1-0)-----(8)-------#14 Medicine Hat Mavericks-----The best team at the end of last season in A not to get promoted. This team caught fire at the end of last season winning their last 5 regular season games and I thought they were going to win the first round match up, but the Pitbulls stepped it up. This team lost a lot on defense in the off season, but have since retooled and will be right in the mix. The only question is can the overcome lower chemistry issues than most after replacing so many players?
#6 Port Royal Acadians --------(1-0)----(5)----#9 Saskatoon Fighting Gamecocks---This team is the gypsies of the league. They can not stay in one place. They started off in BBB #6 where after losing the conference championship game was promoted to A #3. After a bad first season here they were demoted to BBB #5 where the lost in the league championship game. A big first win against the Punch helps, but in all likelihood they will finish in the bottom half of the playoff bracket and spend 2 seasons in A.
#7 Cardinal Redbirds-(0-1)--(9)-------#11 New Colgne Bears-------Another season 5, but this team owns a BBB league title in season 6. Last season this team pretty much had all CPU players to probably build the stadium. They have retooled for this season, but the chemistry is a major concern. They have the ability to play with anybody in this league. Look for this team to play a major spoiler come playoff time.

A rough early schedule had them at 3-7 and just could not respond. This season it is a lot different as they should at worst start 7-2. This team could be higher but I still question can they beat teams even or a little worse than them not to mention better teams.
#9 Saskatoon Fighting Gamecocks--(0-1)---(11)---#6 Port Royal Acadians----A team that drops down from AA that has been around since season 2. This team has never had a winning record or made the playoffs. The closest they came was in their first season when they went 7-9. It will be close this time around as they have the ability to pull an upset or 2.
#10 Manitoba Direwolves------------(0-1)-----(12)---#15 RC Gladiators--------------This team has been around since season 1 and has been as high as AAA winning a conference title in season 2. Since season 3 they have fallen on hard times winning only 2 games in the last 2 seasons and falling down to A. They have the horses to make the playoffs, but I think that is still a season away.

This team is also a season 5 team and it would probably serve them well to drop back down to BBB again.
