I posted this in the FB forum but I received 0 replies for a week so I guess I'll try here. What should I soft cap first / train on intense?

if you are a rushing FB then you are probably going power. intense str/car until you can cap str. 3rd cap it. then intense speed/agility while you 1st cap carrying and then agility. then speed/stamina until you cap speed. then stamina/confidence.
just an idea...

The positives of a rushing FB:
-Better bonuses to strength, carrying, and agility per level than a HB.
-Power Through is lower on the tree and next to quick cut.
The negatives:
-Miss out on Lower Shoulder and Stiff arm.
-No speed bonus when leveling.

Speed, agility and carrying. My FB is a very good rusher (Season 7: 82 rushes for 1,424yds and 29 td's 0 fumbles) but he also managed 82 pancakes. The key is to find a team willing to use him as a rusher. Absolutely do not ignore strength and blocking, but if you want to primarily be a rusher, concentrate on what I said earlier.
